Samaya International was established on 21st August 2003, since then the organization has evolved into a major back-end operations agency currently servicing in and around Bangalore with a primary focus on Banking & Telecom Industry. With increasing demand from the telecom & banking sector Samaya is intended to expand its operation to other centres across India. Bangalore is our Head Office, established on 21st August 2003. Payment Collection Services: Collection of payments from corporate, SME and from Individuals based on the outstanding.
Tele-Calling Services: Based on the nature and type of customer classification (due for payment), we have deployed a telecall desk.
Address / ID Verification Services: RBI regulations require KYC and TRAI requirement of complete address proof verification / Document collection.
Counter agent Manpower deployment services: Some of the non-core activities but activities which required to be executed under the direct supervision of the principles, require manpower outsourcing services.
