Approach
- COLLECTIONS: Follow up and collections of overdue payments with personal visits to the customer with a service-oriented and aggressive approach thereby keeping the creditors informed of the progress with review of recoveries and follow-up.
- SKIP TRACING: Tracing the defaulters/ customers who are no longer available at the addresses given earlier with the intention to avoid repayment of dues deliberately, lack of capacity etc.
- SERVICE AREA: The cases are allotted to executives as per the accessibility and familiarity with the geography of a particular area. Executives are required to fulfill mandatory regulations such as regular visits, daily MIS such as tracing, collection and progress report.
- OPERATIONAL CONTROLS: Stat card control, Receipt book control, Daily collection reports, Promise to pay follow-up daily, Daily productive report, Review register, Tracking strong follow, Receipt book audit on daily basis.
- REPOSSESSION: After the loan recall has been sent to the customer a strategy would be revised and presented to the client for the repossessing of vehicle from the defaulters.
